Your role may include: Servicing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing refrigeration and air conditioning equipment Working on cool rooms, freezers, fridges, display cabinets, air conditioning systems, and related assets Fault-finding and completing repairs to a high standard Attending client sites and delivering a professional customer experience Communicating with customers, technicians, and management Working independently while being supported by an experienced team Helping Platinum Trade Services Group continue to raise the standard of service in the industry What we are looking for We are looking for someone who is reliable, professional, and proud of their work.
